Tickets can be purchased from February on our website. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket per person - camping/campervan as well as a parking ticket.

Vogrie Country Park
Gorebridge EH23 4NUPUBLIC TRANSPORT
Train: Nearest station is Gorebridge. It’s on the Borders railway line (Edinburgh – Tweedbank)
Bus: Lothian Bus 29 (get off at Gorebridge Rail Station).Pogrie Shuttlebus - Sat 13th & Sun 14th - from/to Gorebridge Station:
- First Bus 9:50 pick up from Gorebridge (for the 09:42 train from Edinburgh)
- Last Bus 18:30 departure Vogrie (to catch the 18:49 train to Edinburgh).
And shuttle in between these times.
CAR
Remember that we charge day visitors per car so bring as many folks as you can comfortably fit in!
Vehicle: Park where you are directed to by our excellent traffic team.
Vehicles will not be permitted to access the tent camping area.
Don’t worry!! We have arranged weekend tent campers parking spaces nice and close to the camping area. -
Please have your tickets ready to show the stewarding staff. This will allow us to move you through the park safely without damage to the park grounds and getting you to the correct place.

The campsite will host campervans and tents, we have lots of keen campers this year so it’s important you pitch or park where the Campsite Stewarding Staff ask to help make sure everyone has a nice space to enjoy the festival.
Drinking water and toilets will be well signposted.
The campsite is for sleeping, so please make merry in other parts of the park! You have access to the whole thing (yes, you can go on the slides at midnight, at your own risk).
CAMPSITE CONDITIONS:

- No Gazebos, outsized tents, or other structures in the campsite (unless you have paid for the extra space).
- DO NOT LEAVE VEHICLES RUNNING NEXT to ANY TENT (CO2 is a killer!)
- No Glass
- No Generators
- No Campfires or Disposable Bar-B-Q's (though stoves and gas BBQs are fine).
- No Sound Systems / Amplified music / Drums in the campsite (we have programmed a full event for you to go and explore!)
- The park is a council venue with conditions outwith our control and there may be other conditions imposed upon us nearer to the event,
- On all other matters that arise Vogrie Pogrie stewards and representatives have autority to make all decisions necessary to keep the event safe and enjoyable for all -
We will have a variety of food traders on site for you. Once you have worked up an appetite. Food traders will be located all around the site, we listened to your feedback and there is a trader offering breakfasts, hot drinks and dinner the campsite, opening time will be clearly advertised in the campsite and locations are marked on the Vogrie Pogrie Map.
You are, of course, welcome to bring your own food and drink!

Please look out for your own safety at all times. If something doesn’t seem right, tell someone. If you don’t feel comfortable with something you’ve been asked to do, let someone know, especially if you think it would be unsafe for you to do it.

First aid is available at the info tent in the marketplace.
A number of crew are designated first aiders. The First Aid Tent is located next to the Info Stall in the Marketplace by the House. There are also crew positioned around site don't hesitate to ask for help.

In the event of an emergency please follow the information provided by event staff.

- You can charge your phone in the World Kitchen in the campsite.
- Phone and mobile internet signal can be patchy around the park. If you’re expecting important information, you might need to walk around a bit. -
We’re really glad to have you here at Vogrie Pogrie. We hope we all have a wonderful time, visitors, volunteers and the whole team! A little kindness can go a long way, so please be considerate of one another, many needs and worries are not visible to the naked eye!
Let’s also look after the beautiful setting! You will be provided with 2 binbags on your arrival - one for general waste and one for recycling. Please keep your camp clean and deposit your full bin bags at the bins facility!

Accessibility is really important to us at Vogrie Pogrie. We are always trying to create a party that everyone can come to! We try to improve on this every year.
If you are a wheelchair user and would like to reserve a cross terrain wheelchair for the duration of your stay, please email us at vogriepogrieaccess@gmail.com with the subject heading CAMPER! The wonderful people at Beach Wheelchairs have agreed to loan us four of their mobility aids.

Please bring everything you need to make your Festival good for you. As a start, we suggest:
Camping gear (tent, sleeping bag etc)
Camping chair
Waterproofs
Weather appropriate clothing. Vogrie Park is in a little dip, at night the temperature can drop! Bring a warm coat and an extra blanket!
Suncream (we live in hope)
Waterproof shoes / boots / wellies
Snacks
Water bottle
A plate, cutlery and cup for your meals! There is a sink in the campsite for you to wash up! We will provide biodegradable washing up liquid. Please only use eco-friendly products in the campsite sink.
Vogrie is a country park, and while some areas have paths and manicured lawns, other parts can be muddy, squelchy, or have long grass.
It is recommended to have covered legs and arms in areas of long grass, to reduce the risk of tick bites. Please check yourself regularly for ticks, and if you discover one, follow the guidance here:

Should you need any assistance please speak to the crew, you will see them all over the site wearing Hi-Vis. They are all very friendly.

We’ve loved having you! You’re welcome to camp until Monday 2pm. Please make sure you take away everything you brought with you, and ensure that rubbish or other waste is suitably disposed of.
